Watch Out and Beware

Lucifer, the devil, is on the move. Have you seen him hard at work bringing the world into complete chaos and turmoil?

Christian articles make it known in no uncertain terms that we are in the time of 'The Great Falling Away”.

As we watch the continual downward spiral of global society, scripture speaks that in the latter days that it would be marked by a collapse of faith, morality, and ethics. As we look at the term 'falling away', it seems to describe a latter day spiritual collapse. We are there. We are in the latter days.

Ministers mainly agree that we are now living in the time of the Laodicean church: Rev. 3:l5-l6 says, “I know you well-you are neither hot nor cold; I wish you were one or the other! But since you are merely lukewarm, I will spit you out of my mouth! You say, 'I am rich, with everything I want; I don't need a thing!' And you don't realize that spiritually you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked.

Watch out and beware! What have our churches come to? Pastors have received letters making note of what they can and can't preach. Perhaps, we have come into a church made by man more than by the Holy Spirit moving within our midst. Perhaps, many of us would rather just do our duty and show up for Sunday Worship and then watch our watches to see when services will be over so we can hit the restaurants first or get home to eat our roasts. A spirit of complacency has enveloped us. Instead of the ways of Christ exemplify our congregations as a light to the world, we fight to find those who will serve...who have even a passionate love affair with our Master. We make excuses and sit all restful and comfy. Comfy Christians we are called by the world, hypocrites...we say one thing and do another. Ever heard those words?

The world is swirling headlong into final judgment. We, as the church, say nothing about couples not getting married. Satan is everywhere, coming to rob, steal, and destroy. God asks...Where is the faith of my people? He also says in His Word, “When he returns, will he find faith on the earth?” We each have to ask ourselves that question concerning our own lives. Will He find your oil lamp full or left wanting? Has the Holy Spirit had control of your life 24/7 or has the world crept in and we feel we can sin all we want and holler....Grace?

We must stop hiding behind our church doors. People are hurting. Satan is gaining control more and more as we speak. For example, have you heard of Chrislam, the joining of Islam with Christianity?

All we need to do is look at the news and see how Satan has begun his assault both in the news and underground in secret recesses of hidden agendas. More and more we see the One World Government unfolding before our eyes. The government has taken away our Constitutional Rights and desires to force us into government run ideas. What ever happened to American's helping one another? Watching the news, you can almost make a circle around each new news report that many can agree just isn't morally or ethically right. Like Josh Turner says in one of his songs...'The world has just gone crazy.'

We as a people, as a person, have to stop straddling the fence and choose this day whom we will serve. God is calling His people to understand the times in which we live and stand up in faith and trust in His Holy Spirit to guide each one of us what we can do to stem the tide.

Untruths have replaced the Truth of the Gospel.

There are two ladders before us. One we can climb up to Christ Jesus and take our place by His side.

Or, there is another ladder where we stay in our complacency until we fall into the ways of darkness and spiral down to just be lead by the mouths of men instead of God.

I beseech you to look with eyes wide open. God says that we must go as sheep among wolves.

He says we must repent, and turn from our wicked ways, and He will hear from heaven and heal our land. Hear His Words, Church! Die to self...Let Christ shine out from within your holy temple within.

We have become a church more concerned with obtaining wealth then following the Holy Spirit of Truth and Love. We have a mandate. Let us decide to rise up and take our place by His side. Amen?
